Come to Camp and leave with new stations, techniques, ideas and knowledge to keep Children learning every time they come to Class.

Directions:

Crossville, Tennessee, is located one hour west of Knoxville and one and a half hours east of Nashville off Interstate 40.

Lake Francis Camp

From Nashville:
Take I-40 to Exit 320, Genesis Road. Turn left onto Genesis Road. Drive about four miles, until you come to a split in the road. Fork to the right onto Lake Frances Road. Go about a 1/4 of a mile and you will see the entrance to Lake Frances.

From Knoxville:
Take I-40 to Exit 320, Genesis Road. Turn right onto Genesis Road. Drive about four miles, until you come to a split in the road. Fork to the right onto Lake Frances Road. Go about a 1/4 of a mile and you will see the entrance to Lake Frances.

What should you bring to camp?

  •  Bring your own pillow, bedding (Sheets, Blanket, Sleeping Bag)
  • Warm Clothes and Spring Clothes
  • Soap, Shampoo, Razors, etc
  • Closed Toe Shoes for rope course, hiking, gym, etc

MEALS:
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are provided from Friday Dinner thru Sunday Breakfast.
All meals are prepared daily and Lunch and Dinner always include a salad bar option along with great meals.

ACTIVITIES:
Rope Course, Corn Hole, Staff Mixer, Camp Fires, Hiking Trails, Stationary Bikes, Personal Time for non-gymnastics workouts, Lake Front (Canoes, Fishing, might be too Cold to swim but you never know!), or a good NAPJ

Daily Schedule:


Check-in will open at noon on Friday

Friday:

  • KeyNote speaker: John or John At 2 PM
  • First rotation: 3 PM
  • Dinner: 6 PM

Saturday:

  • Breakfast: 7:30-8:30 AM
  • Warm-ups: 8:45 AM
  • First rotation: 9 AM
  • Lunch: 12:30-1:30 PM
  • Rest & recreation: 1:30-2:30 PM
  • Warm-ups: 2:45 PM
  • Rotation: 3 PM
  • Dinner: 6:30 PM
  • Corn Hole Tournament: 8 PM (please make sure to sign up your team)

Sunday:

  • Breakfast: 7:30-8:30 AM
  • Warm-ups: 8:45 AM
  • First rotation: 9 AM-12:30 PM
  • Closing Ceremonies: 12-1 PM
